Archer is in the custody of the Nazis, who, as it turns out, are mostly human. After an ambush, he is delivered by a resistance sympathiser. In this year of 1944, Nazis have conquerred the world with the help of aliens, among them seems to be Silik, providing them with futuristic devices. Meanwhile, onboard the Enterprise, Daniels slowly dies from anormal temporal aging.

Notes : Continues the story of Zero Hour, the finale of the 3rd season, and part 1 of 2. T. Wright played Tuvix in 'Tuvix' (VOY s2). J. Fleck and M. Winston return in their recurring role as Silik and Daniels. C. Neame was Unfirth in 'Heroes and Demons' (VOY s1). For the exterior New York scenes, the production team used the Paramount backlots (as in Carpenter Street to simulate Detroit's streets). The Sable Ranch in Canyon Country was used too.
