April 24, 2153. The Klingon Chancellor offers a last chance to Duras (see episode
Judgement (s.2) to recapture Archer. The Enterprise is attaqued but manages to defeat the Klingons thanks to the help of Starfleet reinforcement (3 warp-2 class ships). But when they come back to Earth, they discover the planet has been attaqued by an alien automatic sonde, and a disastrous scar appears on Florida and Cuba. Now they must embark on a mission in an unknown region of Space called The Expanse to prevent their ennemies, a mysterious hostile species called the Xindis to come back and finish the destruction of the Earth.
